Wellness Without Shame was born out of lived experience. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Abby spent years watching people come in carrying not just physical tension — but shame. Shame about their bodies, their health, their choices. That never sat right with her.

So she and her husband Bryan set out to build something different. A wellness brand rooted in honesty, clean ingredients, and the belief that taking care of yourself should never feel like punishment.

Everything we make starts with one question: would we use this on our own family? If the answer isn't a clear yes, it doesn't make it into the jar.
